I didn’t find myself. I built her.

My name is Soléa. I’m a Brazilian-born entrepreneur, author, and PhD. None of that happened by accident.

I left Brazil and built a life in the United States from scratch. A business. A body of work. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I had to stop and ask myself the hardest question: Who am I when no one is watching?

The answer to that question became a trilogy and courses designed to help you on your journey.

The 108 series came from my own inner work. The kind that disrupted everything in my life to help me rebuild myself and finally live life on my own terms.

I have a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I’ve built boutique lifestyle magazines in Las Vegas. I’ve sat across from women in boardrooms and breakdowns and everything in between. And what I know for certain is this: The shift doesn’t happen by accident. It doesn’t happen out there. It happens in here.
